Dixie has been dancing since she was 4 years old, and her favorite dance style is contemporary. She has been classically trained in ballet, jazz, tap, and contemporary dance. She has choreographed dances for her high school's One Act Play performance of Annie, her cheer team's UIL State band dance, as well as many dances for personal performances. She believes that dance is a mode of worship and self-expression. Dance is for celebrating and for mourning (Psalm 30:11 & Luke 15:21-29). It applies in all areas of life to praise God and communicate with Him.
