Kristi has been dancing since she was 5 years old, and her favorite dance style is jazz. Her greatest joy is to share the gift of dance with young dancers and to teach her students why and whom they dance for. Dance is worship. Dance is communication. At Center Stage, we communicate God's love for His people through dance. A redemptive holy God who will stop at nothing until we are found in Him. Familiar storylines and intentional music are utilized to display the glory of the God of all creation that tells His story.
Dixie has been dancing since she was 4 years old, and her favorite dance style is contemporary. She has been classically trained in ballet, jazz, tap, and contemporary dance. She has choreographed dances for her high school's One Act Play performance of Annie, her cheer team's UIL State band dance, as well as many dances for personal performances. She believes that dance is a mode of worship and self-expression. Dance is for celebrating and for mourning (Psalm 30:11 & Luke 15:21-29). It applies in all areas of life to praise God and communicate with Him.
